The New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT) announces traffic impacts for planned night work associated with the I-93 expansion between Exits 5 and 4 in Londonderry. Weather permitting, drainage crossing work will take place during nighttime hours from the evening of Wednesday, June 6th to the morning of Friday, June 8th. The work is scheduled to be done between the hours of 8:00 pm and 5:00 am and will require the use of lane closures to perform the work. Traffic on I-93 southbound between mile markers 14.8 and 13.4 will be reduced to one lane. Motorists should remain alert while traveling through the construction zone and obey all posted signs. Message boards and smart work zone devices will be used to notify the traveling public.This work is part of the $35 million I-93 widening and reconstruction project between Exit 4 in Derry and Exit 5 in Londonderry. The general contractor is Weaver Brothers Construction from Bow, NH.
